Quito airport: I had to document this meal since it seemed SO unlike me to by sushi (vegetarian) and I thought my family would be shocked... This was taken after I ate something that I thought was avocado on the side but which burned like fire and, to use the words of John Denver, ''lit up my senses'' (I literally thought I was going to die, tears were streaming)
So creative! Lima, Peru airport billboard... but interestingly I have not felt a single effect of altitude sickness?
Looove the mountains on the flight from Lima to Cusco!
